ABOUT
Why we created Travel Pro Pathways
Our journey started with a question we kept hearing, over and over, in different forms.
At first, it was about systems. People noticed our automations, the way nothing fell through the cracks, and asked how we'd built it. Then the questions got bigger. What training do I actually need? If I want to scale, what has to be in place first? Agents wanted to hire, but didn't know the difference between an employee and an independent contractor, or what's legally required for either. They wanted their own agency, but had no real sense of what that takes: the investment, the legal responsibilities, the financial guidelines nobody explains until you're already in over your head.
At the same time, we kept meeting people from the other direction entirely: total newcomers with no idea where to start. There was no real introductory program for the travel industry nothing that explained how the business actually worked, or the different roles inside it. They didn't know their rights as an employee versus a contractor, or what expectations came with running their own business. Nobody was teaching them about industry events, familiarization trips, or the practical, unglamorous parts of the job that don't show up in a Google search.
Two different gaps. One answer.
So in November of 2024, we built Travel Pro Pathways not from a theory of what advisors might need, but from the actual list of what people kept asking us for. Modules on how to grow, how to scale, how to hire, how to structure a business instead of guessing your way through it. Foundational training for the advisor who's never done this before, and real systems for the one who's ready to stop doing everything alone.
Our mission is simple: be the resource we wished existed when we started, whether you're launching your own venture, growing your skills as a virtual assistant, or building the team behind your own agency. No fluff, no hype about six figures in ninety days. Just the training we built because people kept asking, and we've expanded it constantly to fill the gaps advisors and agency owners keep bringing to us.

About Us
Mandy and Tiffany are lifelong friends who have always shared a passion for travel. Together, they've created a program that is "what they wish they had" when getting started through their "many firsts" in the industry. They both started in the travel industry as ICs to a theme-park-based host and then later co-founded DPP Travel a successful luxury travel agency.

Who we are
Meet the passionate individuals who drive Travel Pro Pathways forward.

Mandy Pullin
Co-Founder
Mandy entered the travel industry in 2016 and built her expertise the same way she does everything: methodically. She became DPP Travel's go-to Scotland specialist, then grew alongside Tiffany as DPP became a million-dollar luxury agency a status they've held every year since. Along the way, Mandy discovered her own second calling: teaching other advisors the systems and structure that made that growth possible, not just the destination knowledge.
Before travel, Mandy spent 15 years as a science teacher and professional development facilitator, building training content for educators at the county and state level, and later worked as a contractor for the Department of Labor, helping military professionals launch civilian careers. She was recognized as a top facilitator in every one of those roles, including the Rising Star Teacher of the Year Award, and that training instinct is exactly what she brings to Pathways: turning complex, overwhelming information into a clear, confident plan.
Outside of DPP and Pathways, Mandy fosters and transports rescue dogs with the same patience and attention to detail she brings to a client's itinerary or a student's questions.
Mandy is a Virtuoso Voyages host, a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), a VTA-certified agent, and part of the Virtuoso Adventure Travel, Cruise, Sustainability, and Family + Celebration communities.

Tiffany Watt
Co-Founder
Tiffany owns DPP Travel, a luxury travel agency known for refined itineraries, calm expertise, and the behind-the-scenes precision that makes a trip feel seamless. Long before she sold her first vacation, Tiffany built her career through more than a decade in client care and marketing. Her meticulous attention to detail and passion for customer satisfaction earned her frequent awards for excellence, and her leadership path naturally led to managerial roles. But she wanted something more: the freedom to shape her career at her own pace, build something lasting, and serve clients at the highest level.
She entered the travel industry as a theme park specialist and steadily expanded her expertise destination by destination, client by client, until she became a million-dollar agent and continues to grow DPP Travel into a thriving luxury agency. Along the way, Tiffany discovered a second calling: mentoring new advisors. She’s recognized for helping agents build confidence, create repeatable systems, and elevate their service so they can grow a profitable, sustainable business.
Her love of running matches her love of travel. She has completed many marathons and half-marathons and still runs today, bringing that same discipline, endurance, and focus to every itinerary she designs.
Tiffany is a proud member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), a certified VTA agent, and part of Virtuoso’s Adventure Travel, Cruise, Sustainability, Culinary, and Family + Celebration communities. She is also a Virtuoso Voyages host and loves sharing journeys with clients.
