Why we created Travel Pro Pathways
Our journey began as we expanded our agency and welcomed new team members. We soon realized a critical gap in available training resources: a lack of foundational training explicitly designed for those utterly new to the travel industry.
While there were programs for experienced advisors or those with existing sales experience, we found a lack of easily accessible, comprehensive resources for individuals taking their first steps in this exciting field.
This realization ignited a passion within us. We knew many, like us, felt overwhelmed and underprepared when starting their travel advising journey. We envisioned a platform that would bridge this gap, providing essential knowledge and guidance from the very beginning and empowering individuals to embark on their travel advising careers with confidence.
Thus, Travel Pro Pathways was born. Our mission is to be the go-to resource for those new to the travel industry, whether they are passionate individuals launching their own ventures, virtual assistants seeking to expand their skillset, or aspiring agency owners building their dream teams.
We believe that everyone deserves access to quality training, regardless of their experience level. We are committed to making the journey into travel advising accessible and empowering, providing the foundational knowledge and support needed to thrive in this dynamic and rewarding field.
About Us
Mandy and Tiffany are lifelong friends who have always shared a passion for travel. Together, they've created a program that is "what they wish they had" when getting started through their "many firsts" in the industry. They both started in the travel industry as ICs to a theme-park-based host and then later co-founded DPP Travel a successful luxury travel agency.

Mandy Pullin
Co-Founder
Mandy is Co-Founder and Lead Advisor at DPP Travel, a luxury travel specialist known for designing journeys that feel intentional, elevated, and effortless from start to finish. She approaches travel like storytelling: every detail matters, every moment has a purpose, and the final experience should linger long after you’re home.

Before entering the travel industry in 2016, she built an impressive career in education. She spent 15 years as a science teacher and professional development facilitator, creating and delivering training content and assessments for educators at the county and state levels. She also worked as a contractor for the Department of Labor, teaching military professionals how to kick-start their civilian careers after service. In each of these roles, Mandy was recognized as a top facilitator and earned multiple awards for her contributions, including the Rising Star Teacher of the Year Award.

That background shows up in everything she does: the way she listens, how she quickly clarifies priorities, and how she turns complex logistics into a smooth, confident plan.

Mandy is a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), a VTA-certified agent, and part of the Virtuoso Adventure Travel, Cruise, Sustainability, and Family + Celebration communities. When she’s not working in her business, she’s spending time with her family—or supporting local rescues by fostering and transporting dogs.
Tiffany Watt
Co-Founder
Tiffany is the owner of DPP Travel, a luxury travel agency known for refined itineraries, calm expertise, and the kind of behind-the-scenes precision that makes a trip feel seamless. Long before she sold her first vacation, Tiffany built her career through more than a decade in client care and marketing. Her meticulous attention to detail and passion for customer satisfaction earned her frequent awards for excellence—and her leadership path naturally led into managerial roles. But she wanted something more: the freedom to shape her career at her own pace, build something lasting, and serve clients at the highest level.

She entered the travel industry as a theme park specialist and steadily expanded her expertise—destination by destination, client by client—until she became a million-dollar agent and continues to grow DPP Travel into a thriving luxury agency. Along the way, Tiffany discovered a second calling: mentoring new advisors. She’s recognized for helping agents build confidence, create repeatable systems, and elevate their service so they can grow a profitable, sustainable business.

Her love of running matches her love of travel. She has completed many marathons and half-marathons and still runs to this day, bringing that same discipline, endurance, and focus to every itinerary she designs.
Tiffany is a proud member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), a certified VTA agent, and part of Virtuoso’s Adventure Travel, Cruise, Sustainability, Culinary, and Family + Celebration communities. She is also a Virtuoso Voyages host and loves sharing journeys with clients.
